Beatrice May Kidwell, 94, of Paw Paw, WV passed away Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at the home of her daughter.

Born May 9, 1923 at Higginsville, WV, she was the daughter of the late Harvey Lester Saville and Mary Grabiel Saville.

A 1942 graduate of Romney High School, Beatrice was a cook for Paw Paw Schools for 25 years, was a member of Paw Paw United Methodist Church and Morgan County Schools Service Personnel.

On July 14, 1943, she married Russell O. Kidwell who preceded her in death on Nov. 15, 1972.

Gary O. Kidwell (& Evelyn) of Slanesville, WV

Kent Kidwell (& Debby) of Martinsburg, WV

Two sisters –

Iona Potter of Augusta, WV

Mary Jean Moroney (& Bill) of Winchester, VA

Eight grandchildren, Carla Astrab, Steve Cowgill, Ruchelle Cowgill, Kim Moreland, Tony Moser, Eric Kidwell, Candace Kidwell and Danielle Alley; six great-grandchildren, Trinity, Billy, Sarah, Josh, Cody and Taylor and one great-great-granddaughter, Kaylin.

Preceding her in death were one brother, Roy Lester Saville and two sisters, Lyla Grow and Twila Martin.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Friday, August 11 at Kimble Funeral Home in Paw Paw and from 1:00 – 2:00 PM Saturday, August 12 at the Paw Paw United Methodist Church, where a funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday with Rev. Darlene Powers officiating.

Interment will be at Camp Hill Cemetery, Paw Paw.
