Barbara Ann Puffinberger, 79, of Paw Paw, West Virginia, passed away Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at UPMC Western Maryland in Cumberland.

She was born on December 9, 1946, in Keyser, WV and was the daughter of the late Robert Lee Evans and Bessie Lee (Spurling) Evans.

She was a top car salesperson at Stuzman Chevrolet in Winchester, VA and worked at Henkel Harris Furniture.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents; the father of her children, Terrence W. Shreve; her second husband, Charles Puffinberger; a brother, Robert Lee Evans, Jr.; a son, Dale Ray Shreve; and a granddaughter, Tiffany Renee Cunningham.

Ariel Lynn Shreve Harris of Stephens City, VA

And six great-grandchildren –

Tatiana Nicole Cunningham, Murziah Ray Cunningham, Harper Cunningham, Paisleiah Cunningham, Levi Shreve and Wyatt Shreve

Her body has been cremated.  A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
