Barbara Ann Puffenbarger, 71, of Fort Seybert, WV passed away Friday, May 16, 2014 in Palm Bay, Florida. She was born January 1, 1943 in Takoma Park, Maryland and was the daughter of the late Nathan C. and Elsie Robinson. She was a graduate of Roosevelt High School and the Washington School for Secretaries in Washington, D.C. Barbara worked as a legal secretary in Washington, D.C. for 35 years. She was an active member of Bethlehem Church of the Brethren in Fort Seybert and was a member of the Federal Chapter No. 38 Order of the Eastern Star in Washington, D.C. On July 14, 1961, she married Ona L. Puffenbarger, who survives. Also surviving are - One son and daughter-in-law - Gary D. and Brigitte Puffenbarger of Palm Bay, FL One granddaughter - Meagan N. Puffenbarger of Palm Bay, FL Two step-grandchildren Four step-great-grandchildren A sister - Joan A. Dove of Gambrills, MD A brother-in-law - Carl D. Puffenbarger of Oxon Hill, MD Six sisters-in-law - Jean Puffenbarger of Fort Seybert, WV Betty A. Puffenbarger of Verona, VA Edith Winegard and her husband of Roanoke, VA Barbara Barker and her husband of Christiansburg, VA Delores Robinson of Harpers Ferry, WV Billie Robinson of Plainfield, IN And a number of nieces and nephews She was preceded in death by two brothers, Nathan and Wallace Robinson. Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, May 24, 2014 in the Chapel of the Kimble Funeral Home, 80 South Main Street, Franklin, WV. Interment will be at the Puffenbarger Family Cemetery at Fort Seybert. The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 PM Friday, May 23, 2014 at the Kimble Funeral Home in Franklin.
