Mrs. Barbara C. Belford, 80, of Moran Manor in Westernport, MD died Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at Western Maryland Regional Medical Center in Cumberland, Maryland. She was born June 14, 1931 at Frederick, Maryland and was the daughter of the late Elwood Wilson Crum and Evelyn Irene Null Crum. She retired from the U.S. Government at Fort Detrick after 18-1/2 years of service. Barbara owned and operated the Clothes Clinic in Frederick, MD and had worked at Walmart in Eastland, Texas, Florida and Hagerstown, MD. Surviving are - Her husband, Vernon E. Belford of Moran Manor, Westernport, MD Four children - Richard Irving (& his wife, Marcia) Beall of Boonsboro, MD Joan Louise (& her husband, Dr. Thomas)Geisbert of Albany, TX Patricia Irene (& her husband, Gordon) Woolam of Eastland, TX Donald Robert (& his wife, Mary Lyn) Beall of Smithsburg, MD One sister - Nancy Jean (& her husband, Charles) Geisbert of Frederick, MD One stepdaughter - Deanna (& her husband, Ricky) McGlade of Diamondhead, MS Nine grandchildren Two great-grandchildren She was preceded in death by her husband, Irving Leroy Beall of Frederick, MD. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM Saturday, December 24, 2011 at Kimble Funeral Home, 188 Mosser Avenue, Paw Paw, West Virginia with Rev. Robert Combs officiating. Burial will be at Ginevan Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7:00 - 8:00 PM Friday, December 23 and from 9:30 - 10:30 AM Saturday, December 24 at Kimble Funeral Home.
