Arvella L. Greenawalt, 86, of Upper Tract, WV passed away Sunday, October 18, 2020 at Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, Virginia.

She was born June 7, 1934 at Kline, WV and was the daughter of the late Albert I. Mitchell and Lillie Mae Ratliff Mitchell.

She was a homemaker and a member of the South Mill Creek Church of the Brethren.

On August 31, 1959, she married Hugh Allen Greenawalt, who preceded her in death on May 8, 1996.

Ardella Thorne (& Justin) of Petersburg, WV

Beulah Wegman of Mt. Storm, WV

One brother -

Forrest Mitchell (& Mildred) of Arlington, VA

Six grandchildren

And three great-grandchildren

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Earl Mitchell and Carl Mitchell and three sisters, Irene Strawderman, Charlotte Lee Mitchell and Mary Evelyn Mitchell.

The family will celebrate Arvella's life privately with Pastor Randy Ours officiating.

Interment will be at Kline Cemetery.
